- Order preparation: Please note that our team prepares your packages from Monday to Thursday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. as well as Friday from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Orders placed after 11 a.m. on Friday will therefore be prepared and sent the following Monday. Orders are processed within 24 to 48 working hours following confirmation received by email and packages are delivered once a day in the afternoon to the selected carrier.
- Please note, in the event of an increase in activity, preparation may take longer than usual. However, we do everything possible to ensure that your orders arrive on time.

- For several months, our carrier has had to make the difficult decision to temporarily suspend its delivery services in Ukraine, due to the exceptional situation and logistical challenges there.
